Todo perfecto y rapido

My attempt to return a pair of shoes due to sizing issues has turned into a nightmare with the customer service provided. From the onset, I encountered significant hurdles as the communication was solely in Spanish, making it incredibly challenging to navigate. To add to the frustration, the information provided by various representatives seemed to differ, leaving me perplexed and aggravated.

After persistent attempts, I was fortunate to find a representative who spoke English, albeit the assistance provided was still subpar. Despite her efforts, there was a glaring disparity between the information she relayed and what I was previously told by UPS. This inconsistency only compounded my dissatisfaction with the entire ordeal.

In light of these aggravations and the lack of effective resolution, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others. The language barrier and inconsistent communication have undoubtedly tainted my experience, leaving me disheartened and dissatisfied.

Todo bien y llego muy pronto

En el primer pedido me llegó una bota llego con una tara importante, era estética pero al precio que cuestan no se puede permitir esos fallos en el control de calidad.
Tras unas fotos y unas breves comprobaciones(cosa lógica) , se devuelven sin problema y me ingresan rápido el dinero.
El siguiente pedido que hice tardo solo dos días en plenas en navidades. Llego justo para tenerlo en fin de año.
Por mi parte un 10 para yellowshop.
